A full chart will take me about two days to complete (around 16 hours), while an overview will take one day. These are time-comsuming, and hard to do every day. Because of this I have dedicated days to complete the charts and will give my hands, head and back a break on my off days. If you are ordering for a birthday or holiday, order in advance to be sure I can get it finished and delivered on time. If you are ordering multiple charts at once, know that it may be a few weeks before they are all completed and allow time for that.

You need to have your exact time of birth to really benefit fully from your natal chart.
Things move slowly in the heavens, so if you don't have an exact time we can still look at your chart, but some major changes can happen even within the course of 15 minutes. Rising signs change every 2 hours, moon signs change every 2 1/2 days, and Mercury and Venus can shift between signs depending on their location. Don't guess! The closer we get to your true birth time, the better. (And the more accurate) If you really can't find your birth time, we can still work together.
You can find your birth time on most birth certificates. If you don't have access to your birth certificate, or if yours is missing the time, check a baby book or journal (if your parents have one). You can also look in keepsake scrapbooks- a lot of birth announcements include the time of birth. As a final option, you can ask your parents. Be warned, things can shift in small amounts of time. I always thought my birth time was 12:34; my parents swore it was, and because my family practiced astrology I thought this was normal to know off-hand. Turns out, I was born almost twenty minutes later than that, and it made some key changes to my chart.
Besides your birth time, I also need to know your Date of Birth (please spell the month), and where you were born. Your chart will change, with the same time and day, if you were born in New York versus Seattle.
Also, don't forget to tell me your name! This may sound silly, but when ordering multiple charts (for a spouse or a good friend, for example) it is easy to forget.
